MAU
Austria, USA, 2021 / 76 min / English & Cantonese OV with English subt. / Documentary
Mau follows the unlikely story of design visionary Bruce Mau and his ever-optimistic push for massive change. Over the span of his career, he has expanded the definition of design.
From creating Coca-Cola's global sustainability platform, to rethinking a 1000-year plan for Mecca. From working with the greatest living architects like Koolhaas & Gehry, to designing a social movement in Guatemala. As we weave in and out of Mau's work, past and present, we follow his most important project yet: his own life.
“It’s not about the world of design. It’s about the design of the world.”- Bruce Mau
