Three children’s imagination is sparked by the discovery of a mysterious bone. Could they have discovered a new species? Consequently, they decide to go see several adults to identify the strange animal those remains belong to.

Kateřina Karhánková is a director and animator born in 1988 in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2013, with her short film The New Species, she graduated from the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) in Prague. Besides animation, she also studied art installation and projection in a space at the Bergen Academy of Art and Design (KHiB) in Norway. At the FAMU, she met Czech director Martin Duda whom she co-wrote de script of Rosa & Dara and their Great Holiday Adventure (2015) with.
