Production designer and graduate of the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris Anne Seibel entered the world of English-language cinema in 1985, with a James Bond, A View to Kill, in Serge Douy’s team. Numerous collaborations on films by prestigious directors would follow... In 2002, the British director Eric Styles offered her Tempo (2002), her first film as a production designer. She then worked with some of the greatest directors in the business including Sofia Coppola, Steven Spielberg, David Frankel and even Clint Eastwood. She designed the sets for three Woody Allen films including Midnight in Paris (2011), for which she had an Oscar nomination. For four years now, Anne Seibel has headed the Production Design department of La Fémis, the national cinema school in Paris.
