
Miriam Allen is co-founder and hands-on Managing Director of the Galway Film Fleadh, Ireland's leading film festival. With a diverse skill-set, Miriam is effective at bringing projects from concept to reality, passionate about film and continues to oversee the growth and development of the Fleadh into a world class sustainable film festival. Miriam has supervised the evolvement of the Galway Film Fair, now recognised as a leading audio-visual co-production market. The Film Fair, offers producers the opportunity for one-on-one meetings with top international film financiers and in 2017 attracted delegates from over 32 countries. In 2013, Miriam was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate from Staffordshire University.
