Openscreen is back! Since 2004, Openscreen has provided a platform for beginners, as well as experienced filmmakers to experiment with new ideas or revisit old gems. Filmmakers can experience their films in exciting venues and get instant feedback from a live audience. Thus, multiple genres and a wide range of films can be discovered in one session.
There is no set theme, style or genre for submitted work. There are only a few rules to follow: films must be no more than 20 minutes long and cannot include hate speech or pornography. Audiences won’t know what to expect beyond an unforgettable evening.
Free entry. Reduced seats available in accordance with current sanitary restrictions.

The physical event on 11th March at the Casino has been cancelled by the organisers. This year, OpenScreen will take place purely digitally via video conference.
