A feature film anthology with five stories inspired by Edgar Allan Poe, each crafted in a graphic design uniquely suited to the individual segments and inspired by visual artists, whose style best expresses the psychological depth and complexity of Poe’s universe: from comics and graphic novels to the pictorial world of German Expressionism, Gothic horror sensibilities and a visual nod to the worlds of Goya, Egon Schiele, Piranesi or the universe created by comic book artist Alberto Breccia.

Born in Madrid, Raoul Garcia is an internationally recognized Spanish animator. He directed The Tell-Tale Heart (pre-selected for Best animated short film Oscar 2005), co-directed The Missing Lynx (Goya Award for Best animated feature 2008), produced “The Lady and the Reaper” (Oscar nominee for Best animated short film 2010), and worked as an animator on several classic Disney features including: “Beauty and the Beast”, “Aladdin”, “The Lion King” and “Fantasia 2000”.
