After our first unveiling, the Luxembourg City Film Festival has selected three new documentaries<\/strong> in its “Official Selection Out of Competition” category to showcase its collaborations, as well as a unique selection of animated films<\/strong> thanks to the Tricky Women<\/a> Festival<\/strong> !<\/p>\n

“Architecton<\/a>” <\/em>\u2014 in collaboration with PaperJam Architecture + Real Estate<\/a><\/p>\n

Architecton is an extraordinary journey through the matter that shapes our living environment: concrete, and its ancestor, stone. Victor Kossakovsky asks a fundamental question: how do we inhabit the world of tomorrow?<\/p>\n

“Searching for Amani<\/a>“\u00bb<\/em> \u2014 in collaboration with Cin\u00e9-ONU\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

A young journalist investigates his father\u2019s mysterious murder within the boundaries of one of Kenya\u2019s largest wildlife conservancies.<\/p>\n

“Songs for Living” & “Songs for Dying<\/a>” <\/em>\u2014 in collaboration with MUDAM<\/a><\/p>\n

Thai artist Korakrit Arunanondchai’s<\/strong> films feature stories rich in mythological references and symbols while simultaneously taking up social and political realities of life in Thailand.<\/p>\n

“Tricky Women: Tricky Realities<\/a>” \u2014<\/em> in collaboration with Tricky Women Festival<\/a> and the Austrian embassy in Luxembourg<\/p>\n

8 short animated films by women, presented at the Tricky Women Festival in Vienna.\u00a0Intimacy, tenderness, sensuality, isolation and solitude<\/strong> are all themes addressed in this programme.<\/p>\n
