{"id":23317,"date":"2025-12-01T12:01:56","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T11:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.luxfilmfest.lu\/?p=23317"},"modified":"2025-12-01T12:11:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T11:11:12","slug":"luxfilmfest-2026-352-max-upcoming-titles-call-for-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.luxfilmfest.lu\/en\/luxfilmfest-2026-352-max-upcoming-titles-call-for-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"LuxFilmFest 2026 &#8211; 3&#8217;52&#8221; MAX &#8211; UPCOMING TITLES &#8211; Call for projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During its 16th edition, from 5 to 15 March 2026, the <strong>Luxembourg City Film Festival<\/strong> will once again host the B2B event:<\/p>\n<p><strong><big><span style=\"color: #da382b;\">3\u201952\u2019\u2019 MAX \u2013 UPCOMING TITLES<\/span>, seventh edition<\/big><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #da382b;\">ATTENTION<\/span> <\/strong>\u2013 <u>date change<\/u> : the event will take place on\u00a0<strong>Saturday, 7 March 2026<\/strong>, at\u00a0<strong>Kinepolis Kirchberg cinema<\/strong>\u00a0and will be followed by a\u00a0<strong>networking cocktail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIVES <\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To offer Luxembourgish projects (productions and co-productions) visibility to an audience composed of sales agents, festivals, and industry professionals. We already have confirmation from about ten festivals and as many international sales agents.<\/li>\n<li>To enable the acquisition and circulation of these projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SELECTION <\/strong>:<br \/>\nGiven the audience in attendance, the Festival aims to present two categories of projects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Films in production or completed, aimed at international sales agents and\/or festivals.<\/li>\n<li>Films in development, aimed in particular at international sales agents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All selected projects must have a Luxembourgish anchor<\/strong>, either in their financing or in the composition of the film team. Eligible works must be feature-length films (minimum 50 minutes), documentary or fiction. An exception may be made for series.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants may submit projects via this link :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"btn btn-centered block mx-auto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vp.eventival.com\/luxfilmfest\/2026\/film-form\/352-max_2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SUBMIT A PROJECT<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #da382b;\">Before friday, 9 january at 6:00 pm.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>After pre-selection, confirmed projects will be announced on\u00a0<strong>14 january 2026<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTrailers or clips used during the presentation must be available\u00a0<strong>no later than 4 february 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>FORMAT<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>This session, lasting a maximum of 120 minutes (depending on the number of projects received), will be moderated by <strong>Sarah Bamberg<\/strong>, Executive Assistant at the Film Fund Luxembourg. Each project will receive a <strong>maximum of\u00a03 min 52 sec\u00a0for pitching\/discussion, in English<\/strong>.<br \/>\nProjects accompanied by a trailer or clip will be granted an\u00a0additional 3\u20134 minutes\u00a0(only video images will be accepted\u2014no additional oral or written content beyond the pitch).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHY PARTICIPATE ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether your project is still in development, completed, or even already acquired by an international sales agent, it will benefit, thanks to the profile of attending professionals, from multiple opportunities.
