Ein erster Film, der Belästigung scharf kritisiert
Ela, eine junge Schauspielerin, erhält eine Rolle beim bekannten Theaterregisseur Franz Kramer. Die Inszenierung ist eine große Chance für Ela, bringt aber auch Druck mit sich. Kramer überschreitet ständig Elas Grenzen und die Situation spitzt sich zu, als Kramer sie sexuell belästigt. Ela kämpft darum, als selbstbewusste Figur aufzutreten – und bemerkt, dass sie hierfür die gleichen Schritte der Selbstermächtigung auch in ihrem wirklichen Leben gehen muss.
