Biografie
Didar Domehri founded the company Maneki Films (IFCIC award 2017 – Best young independent production company) and the label Full House in 2009. She used to be head of international sales of Films Distribution/Playtime and is now VP of Unifrance’s Feature Film Producers’ Committee, member of the Union of Independent Producers (SPI), group leader for the European Producers’ workshop EAVE. She is regularly asked to be jury member in film festivals and international coproduction markets; in 2021, she was a member of Cannes Critics’ Week jury. She also was VP of the selection committee of the CNC’s Aide aux Cinémas du Monde, consultant for Qumra, the Torino Film Lab and for Cannes Critics’ Week’s Next Step program.
She has produced and coproduced more than 20 feature films, for the most part selected in the most prestigious festivals:
