LuxFilmFest Campus

For the 4th year, the Luxembourg City Film Festival will propose a weekend of professionalisation to the students of the Grand Duchy and the Greater Region.

From Friday 6th to Sunday 8, students in the audiovisual domain living in Luxembourg or from the Luxembourg border countries will have the chance to enjoy different moments of networking (conferences, meetings and masterclasses) and avant-première screenings with guests.

Requests from film students, film clubs and educational groups will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• JOB DATING : meeting between animation students in Luxembourg and in the Greater Region and Luxembourg animation studios (06/03, 14:00 → 17:00, et 07/03, 14:00 → 17:00, Cercle Cité)
• PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCES on various themes: as part of the INDUSTRY DAYS :
  – Unconscious bias & decision-making in the film industry (06/03, 14:15 → 15:45, Cercle Cité)
  – Producing today – Navigating Economy, Creation, and Responsibility (06/03, 16:15 → 17:45, Cercle Cité)
  – The anatomy of a film (07/03, 10:00 → 12:00, Cercle Cité)
  – Rethinking festival and release strategies (07/03, 14:00 → 16:00, Cercle Cité)

• MASTERCLASS by Jury President, Rodrigo Sorogoyen (14/03, 15h, Cinémathèque @Théâtre des Capucins)
• MASTERCLASS special CAMPUS : WHEN VIDEO GAMES BECOME DOCUMENTARY FILM with Inge Coolsaet (08/03, 11:00 → 12:00, Cercle Cité)
