Pascale Kauffman is the founder and managing director of Apollo Strategists, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate and institutional communication. She advises organizations on public affairs, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement, helping them navigate complex challenges.

Before establishing Apollo in 2012, she spent 12 years at SES Group, a leading global satellite operator, working in communication, marketing, sales, and business development. She then served as Head of Communication and Public Relations for the City of Luxembourg, deepening her expertise in the country’s administrative and political landscape.

Pascale holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Public Relations from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, with a thesis on crisis communication in the chemical industry. Fluent in five languages, she is an expert in financial and industrial communication and serves on multiple boards, including the Paperjam Top 100 women qualified for board positions.
