Rodolfo Pastor formed his Catalan studio with Petra Steinmeyer in 1984, based first in Castelldefels and then Barcelona. They created the children’s series Langostino in co-production with TVE, as well as a number of animated clips for children’s programming including Sesame Street. The adventures of Capelito began in 2000, winning an award for best television series pilot at the Annecy Festival.
