Geneviève HENGEN

Geneviève Hengen is the Deputy Secretary General at Luxembourg‘s Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade and former Deputy Director for Bilateral Development Cooperation at the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs.

With a Master of Arts in Poverty Reduction and Development Management, she has worked for more than 18 years in the fields of international relations and development cooperation, both in Luxembourg and abroad.
