Biography

Born in Luxembourg, Laura Schroeder graduated with a Masters in Film Studies at the University of Paris 1-Sorbonne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Directing at the National Film and Television School, London. She wrote and directed two short films and her second feature film as a director, 2017’s Barrage, co-written by Marie Nimier, represented Luxembourg at the 2018 Oscars for Best Foreign Feature.
