Lisa Hoen

Lisa Hoen is the Artistic Director of the Tromsø International Film Festival (Norway) and Tromsø Silent Film Days. She founded the children’s film festival TIFF junior in 2013. She studied media and philosophy, and started her career as a culture and media entrepreneur by launching a lifestyle magazine in Tromsø. She has over ten years of experience in media and communications, and has worked as Head of Culture in Tromsø Municipality.
