The 7th edition of the Virtual Reality Pavilion showcases internationally awarded, innovative works in virtual and augmented reality, transporting viewers into other imaginative worlds and times. Discover the story of a young girl during segregation in the U.S., go back in time with Marion Deichmann, travel to the International Space Station or immerse yourself in the poetic universe of the Matzeca indigenous community in Mexico. Our program features a myriad of technically and artistically daring projects shown at renowned film festivals, such as Venice, Tribeca and Locarno.

The 2024 VR Competition jury is composed of three international industry experts on VR and culture who will designate the best immersive experience of this year’s pavilion and the winner of 4 000 euros.
The competition is held in collaboration with the Luxembourg City Film Festival and aims to showcase immersive projects and new media.
OUT OF COMPETITION
Video Games Made in Luxembourg
Discover the world of video games “made in Luxembourg” at this exhibition which shows the incredible diversity and creativity of the still very young Luxembourgish video game industry.

Opera GO
Opera GO is a lyrical treasure hunt that takes the public on a journey through the city of Luxembourg to discover the diversity of opera in a fun way thanks to augmented reality.
