Biography

Brittany Shyne is an Ohio-based independent filmmaker and cinematographer whose work explores everyday life through narrative and nonfiction forms. She holds an MFA from Northwestern University and a BFA from Wright State University, and is an alumna of the Chicken & Egg(celerator) Lab, a Firelight Media Documentary Fellow, and the recipient of the 2021 Artist Disruptor Award from the Center of Cultural Power. Seeds is her debut feature-length film.
