Let’s kick off 11 days of sweet frenzy, with director Maja-Ajmia Yde Zellama. She will present her Têtes Brûlées to young audiences at 9 a.m. this morning at Kinepolis Kirchberg.
At the other end of the spectrum, Austrian directorMarkus Schleinzer will honour us with an introduction to his film Rose, following an opening ceremony scheduled for 7 p.m. (Kinepolis Kirchberg, speech included). An international premiere to set the tone: this edition will be powerful and rebellious, just like Sandra Hüller, who is imperial in her role as a 17th-century peasant.
