Rari Matei, is a 25 year-old Romanian-Portuguese genderqueer filmmaker and visual artist, based in Luxembourg. He directed several music videos for artists such as MAZ, Francis of Delirium, and C’est Karma, all supported by Film Fund Luxembourg. Although their background lies in visual communication, Rari Matei’s path has naturally evolved toward film. Their debut short film Oizys premiered at the Luxembourg City Film Festival in March 2024
