Morte Cucina
Synopsis
In Bangkok, a gifted cook named Sao has built a quiet life as a waitress despite her tragic past. When she unexpectedly encounters the man responsible for her trauma, she embarks on a calculated seduction, wielding her culinary expertise as both lure and weapon in an elaborate plan for revenge.
Anchored by Bella Boonsang’s standout performance as Sao, Morte Cucina unfolds as a finely observed character study that patiently builds toward an unexpected turn. Christopher Doyle’s cinematography, with its lush attention to culinary detail, infuses the atmosphere with an erotic charge.
