André CARRILHO

Born in 1974, André Carrilho is a Portuguese illustrator, cartoonist, and director. Throughout his 30-year career, he has won over 100 awards and distinctions. His work, published in the New York Times, the New Yorker, and Vanity Fair among others, have also been exhibited all around the world. In 2020, he wrote and illustrated the book The Girl with the Occupied Eyes, which he adapted into a short film in 2025.
